Our Mission
Regardless of our client's age, abilities and circumstances. We do our to assist them to live independantly and contribute towards them achieving their individual goals.
Our support workers must be willing to work as part of a team and the ability to work autonomously. We do not hire staff that only want to drive people to appointment or shopping. Staff must be able to provide the following services:
- Personal Care
- Domestic Duties
- Cooking
- Shopping
- Pet Care (Bathing family pet if they have one)
- Community Access
- Attending Appointments
- Gardening. (Usually for larger gardening jobs we hire a maintenance person)
Support Staff will also require:
- Australian Driver's License
- Australian Birth Certificate, Passport or rights to work in Australia
- Blue Card
- National Police Check
- NDIS worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Car Insurance Certificate of Currency
- Any qualifications relevant to this employment
