Welcome to Leonie’s Caring’s Rostering App. By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions set forth by Leonie’s Caring ("we," "us," or "our"). 1. User Eligibility

Through the App, Leonie’s Caring provides access to a variety of in-home care services, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling of caregivers for in-home care services.
- Viewing and modifying schedules for care recipients.
- Communication features between caregivers and care coordinators.
- Notifications and reminders related to appointments.

5. User Responsibilities
As a user of the App, you agree to:
- Cooperate with caregivers and staff in the execution of services.
- Keep all relevant contact and medical information accurate and up to date.
- Notify Leonie’s Caring promptly if there are any issues with scheduled appointments, such as cancellations or changes.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality available through the App, including but not limited to the design, text, logos, graphics, and software, are owned by Leonie’s Caring or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without prior written permission from Leonie’s Caring.

9. Termination
Leonie’s Caring reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your account and any access to the App will be disabled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leonie’s Caring will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or personal injury. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for services provided through the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leonie’s Caring, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, including any violation of these Terms.
